The Picture Keeper can be used on multiple computers. This is great for anyone that has multiple computers in the family and especially great for anyone that scrapbooks. I am a scrapbooker wanna be! I have tons of stuff for scrap booking, but never seem to find the time to do it. I know back when I did have time, I used to go to a friends house and we would sit together and work on our books. At the time I would have to print out my pictures in advance. But if I had the picture keeper I would be able to take them all with me and print them as I needed them. This is great because occasionally a picture might get cut wrong or the size is not right or you might decide a different picture works better. The ability to reprint and try again or to get a different picture is a nice benefit.
You can see each picture as it is added to the picture keeper. You can also see the picture keeper as it fills up. It went really quick and grabbed all my photos. After I removed the picture keeper I decided to pull it up and see if all of my photos were there. I was able delete any picture I didn't really want saved for back up. The Picture keeper is for back up purposes only. Picture keeper does not recommend you delete all photos from your computer after back up. This is because the picture keeper is a small device and could possible get lost or misplaced.
Picture keeper comes in different sizes to meet everyone's needs. The one I received is a PK4 which holds approximately 4,000 pictures! And to my happy surprise I also received the PK8 in the mail a couple days ago, so I get to save another 8,000 pictures. The sizes include the PK4, PK8, PK16, and PKPRO that is 4,000 to 250,000I would defiantly recommend the Picture keeper to anyone. This would make a fantastic gift for a scrapbooker, a mom, a grandma, a dad, a teenager, or anyone! Just think about your Christmas list and how many people would love a picture keeper in their stocking this year. I would love to get one for everyone on my list. Everyone has that one hard to shop for person, maybe they have everything or just don't know what to get them. The Picture Keeper is a wonderful gift.
