Taylor Precision Freezer And Refrigerator Thermometer Review

According to ehow.com: Bacterial growth appears to slow at around 40 degrees F. Since freezing occurs at 32 degrees F, the recommended safe temperature is between 32 and 40 degrees F.  Freezers should be left at 0 Degrees Fahrenheit or lower to make sure the items inside will freeze. Freezers stop bacteria from forming and allow food to be stored for long periods of time.

I was sent the Taylor Precision Freezer And Refrigerator Thermometer to review.  Some of the features are:
Easy to read face. Temperature range 20 F. to 70 F. Safe temperature zone indicators. Hangs with hooks. 4 7 8" x 5 8". Safety cap and protective storage sleeve with cooking temperature chart.  The Thermometer has a lifetime warranty from defects in material or workmanship.

Refrigerator select sent the Taylor Precision Freezer And Refrigerator Thermometer as a promotion to their website.  If your in need of purchasing a new Refrigerator or Freezer then check out this website first.  Refrigerator-Select.com provides reviews, resources, repair information, consumer opinions and information on refrigerators and freezers - find the COOLEST refrigerator today!

As far as the Thermometer I think it is a great idea to keep track of what your Refrigerator and Freezer temperatures are to keep your food in the safe zone and to keep your family healthy.  The little hooks don't work well in my freezer.  I lost one in the first day or so because food was put in and out of the freezer and it fell.  Not sure where the hook is.  The temperature is hard to get the liquid down to the bottom.  It is showing a temperature, but there is extra liquid on the other end because I can't get it to the end.

Refrigerator Select seems like a good resource when in need of a new refrigerator.  I wish I had known about it a few months back when my refrigerator died and we went store to store to find a refrigerator.  We like the one we got, but maybe could have found a better one if we had known about this site.
