I was super lucky and won a bag of Glamour Wash for Hard Water from Lulu's in the Fluff during a Facebook Flash Giveaway on Coupon Mommy of 2's page.
A little about Lulu's in the Fluff Glamour Wash:
- Dye free
- Comes in Naked Booty
- No fillers
- No enzymes or optical brighteners
- Phosphate free
- Great for sensitive skin
- Easy rinsing formula
- Approved for military use
- Works great on microfiber
- Perfect for cloth diapers
- HE compatible
I was really excited to try this wash. I received it quickly and immediately wanted to use it. Of course with cloth diapers I didn't have to wait long. I put some in with my next load of laundry. When the wash was done I had to do the smell test. I smelled my diapers to see if there was any stink. I didn't smell anything!! Lulu's in the Fluff Glamour Wash only comes in Naked Booty which is unscented. Lulu is So the lack of any smells was great. I had no issues with absorbency or build up. My diapers come out fresh and clean. I love how well this works. I have also had a few stains come out that I was worried about. Lulu's works great!
We have Hard Water. Hard water can be very difficult to deal with when it comes to cloth diapers. Hard water has calcium and magnesium. Build up and odors can occur in your diapers if you have these minerals in your water. I was very happy when the diapers came out with no scent because that means the glamour wash was able to clean out the build up and eliminate the smells.
I would definitely recommend Lulu's in the Fluff Glamour Wash for your cloth diaper and family wash needs. Lulu's can be used on all your laundry. Lulu's is only available in Naked Booty (Regular Unscented) and Hard Water (Unscented Hard Water) versions. Their main focus is CLEAN so they do not offer scented versions.
Buy it: Lulu's in the Fluff Glamour Wash $10.95 for the Regular Version and $11.95 for Hard Water Version on their website or you can purchase from many cloth diaper retailers.
Win it: Lulu has been so generous to offer one of you lucky readers a bag of Glamour wash for yourself. This giveaway closes Midnight December 6, 2010. Open to US only

ReplyDeleteI visited Lulu's and learned that they have a LONG section on their website with laundering tips and instructions on stripping, prepping, and even caring for wool. How helpful!! I learned you can make your own wool wash with a cup of hot water, a pea-sized amount of lanolin, and drop or two of baby wash or shampoo (and a drop of essential oil if desired).
