Induldge Without the Guilt with Sante Nuts Review & Coupon Code

I am a huge fan of just about any type of nut.  I was excited when I received my box of Sante Nuts to review.  When I opened it up I found 4 packages of different nuts and flavors.  I didn't know if I should tear into them right then or save them for a special treat.  I decided to wait to see what I could make with them.  But I couldn't wait long.  I had to break in and just try them out.  I was sent Candied Pecans, Candied Walnuts, Garlic Almonds, and Roasted Salted Pecans.  Over the course of a couple of days I tried each one of them as a snack.  It was hard to put them down.  They all taste so good.

A little about how Sante Started... It all started in the kitchen.  Sara has always loved to cook.  She learned a secret roasting technique from her grandmother, who roasted nuts in her tiny kitchen as a special treat.  Sara continued the tradition, hand roasting nuts for her family.  she felt good about giving them a healthy snack, and the kids were crazy about them.  Six years ago, Sara became a single mom and realized that to make ends meet, her stay-at-home status had to change.  Her son suggested: "mom, you should sell those nuts you make for us!"  She began by selling to local cafes, but it wasn't long before major national grocery retail stores took notice.  Before she new it Sara had orders for thousands of cases of nuts.

All of Sante nuts are made from all natural quality ingredients.  They use only the highest quality nuts and they are always hand roasted in small batches.  Last of all they use a secret technique that minimizes the amount of oil the nuts absorb during the roasting process.  This means less fat for a healthier nut, more crunch in every bite, and more nuts in the bag since there is less oil per ounce.

The other day when I was home with Jayden sick I mad him some chicken nuggets for lunch.  I decided to take a few of them and cut them up to put in a spinach salad.  Then I added some of the candied walnuts.  The salad was so good.  The walnuts really made it taste so much better.  I haven't used the other nuts in recipes yet, but I found some that I would like to try.  And if you have a recipe you like using Sante nuts you can add yours online too.

The candied pecans remind me of the pecan pies my mother makes for the holidays.  The ones I can  hardly put down are the Garlic almonds.  They are so good with just a hint of spice.  I just keep going back for more.  Jayden has enjoyed eating them all with me too.  He did tell me the Garlic Almonds were too hot after he had a few of them.  But that's OK, more for mommy! I did take some to work to share with the girls during a training and they were gone so quick.  They all wanted more.

I love that these are healthy nuts and taste so great.  They are made with just a little canola oil and light salt.  I can give Jayden a small cup full for a fun snack and I don't feel guilty when I have a few either.  When I cook I often find myself snacking so these are great to have nearby to snack a little while I wait for dinner to be ready.  I think these could also be great stocking stuffers with the Holidays coming I am always looking for something healthy to replace chocolate and candies in the stockings.

Buy it:  You can get Sante Nuts Online individually or as a pack.  And use the Coupon Code 2011-Blog-078 for 25% off your order until December 16, 2011!  That is a great deal.
