2011 Holiday Gift Guide Plastic Jungle

Gift cards are a very popular gift.  Having someone out of town or hard to shop for usually means get a gift card and your done.  Why not get the gift card for less than the value.  At Plastic Jungle you can buy a discounted gift card and save up to 35%.  There are over 400 retailers you can choose from.  The way I look at it you can get a card worth more money for your family members or you can take the savings and get yourself a card.

I have been looking over the website and found lots of great cards to buy for family.  I can get a Bass Pro Shop gift card for 15% off at Plastic Jungle!  My brother would love this as a gift.

I would also like the AMC Theatres gift card at 18% off for my nephew who is not easy to shop for.  It would be a great gift for him to take a day away from studying at college.
While out Christmas shopping everyone needs to stop for a bite to eat, because you know you don't want to go home and cook.  Plastic Jungle has a gift card for Yard House for 14% off!
Another great thing about Plastic Jungle is that they will buy gift cards you don't want or need anymore.  As easy as gift cards are to buy and give sometimes you might receive a card to a store you don't shop at.  Plastic Jungle is the answer to unused gift cards.  You can sell the card you don't want and buy the ones you do want.  Sell a gift card and get up to 92% payout. There are options when selling your card, you can choose a cashiers check, amazon ecard, or paypal payout. After Christmas you will want to return to sell those unwanted gift cards.  Although I like shopping many places, there are sometimes some places that I just don't get to.  I like the ability to sell my gift cards to the stores I don't shop for and get ones for the stores I do shop at.

Shipping is always free at Plastic Jungle.  Even when selling your card, you can print out a prepaid label to send them the physical card when needed.  If they are sending you a card there is still no shipping and no other fees.  The price you see is the price you pay.

I will be provided a gift card in exchange for this review.  All opinions are my own and not influenced by anyone.  disclosure

  2. I've had great experiences with them, up until last month. If you look at their Facebook page you'll see scores of complaints. It seems like they have a cash flow problem at the moment, which I hope they resolve soon.

  8. This is a great idea right now for before and after Christmas. You can pick up good cards for gifts. Then if you get a card for a store you really do not want to use, voila, get money for it and spend in a store where you to purchase.
