2011 Holiday Gift Guide Funrise Wild Rides Adventure Vehicle Review & Giveaway

I have done a few reviews for Funrise and everytime I am really happy with the products.I reviewed the Tonka Strong Arm fire Truck and the Gazillion Bubbles Typhoon Founded in 1987, Funrise is an adventurous innovator of superior toys and an industry leader in the manufacturing and distribution of the most popular children's toys. Simply put…we create fun! I was sent the National Geographics Kids Wild Rides Adventure Vehicle to review.

Funrise teams up with National Geographic Kids for new adventures filled with fun and excitement. National Geographic is the world’s largest scientific and educational non-profit organization that works to inspire people to care about our planet and the animals the inhabit it.  The Nat Geo Kids Magazines have always been considered educational, fun and dynamic; taking kids on a journey to new exotic places.

In the mighty jungle the Wild Rides Adventure Vehicle is prepared for everyting.  This free-wheeling vehicle opens into an open-air jeep and trailer.  the canopy converts into a trailer with its fold out wheels and trailer hitch.  The telescoping arm extends with a net to rescue any animal that needs your help.  The front of the adventure Vehicle features a working wench that retracts at the push of a button on the hood.  Vehicle includes a removable play compass, child figure and three wild animals (crocodile, lion and toucan).

When Jayden saw this Vehicle he immediately was excited.  The first thing he did was pull out the wench and press the button for it to go back in.  He actually played with it while in the package for a little while.  He didn't want to give it up long enough for me to open the package.  But of course he did let me open it.  Jayden played with it for a while until his daddy came home and then the two of them played with it  the rest the night.  The only think we noticed is with the trailer attached if Jayden tried to back up the car then the trailer didn't stay attached.  This is not a big deal.  Jayden had a great time capturing animals while going through the forest.  It is still in the middle of my living room because he keeps pulling it back out to play more.

There are many more animals that go along in the National Geographic Kids toy line that can be purchased separately.
