FritoLay = Yummy Chips

     I was recently sent a fun reusable bag full of FritoLay chips.  I received a bag of Sun Chips Salsa, Lays Classic Potato chips, and Tostitos Lime.  I swear the bag wasn't in my house 20 minutes and John came home, saw them, and reached to open a bag.  I had to stop him quickly just to get a picture of what I received.

   FritoLay uses all-natural oils, such as corn and sunflower oils so there is 0 grams of trans fat in all their chips.  FritoLay supports American farmers by purchasing their potatoes to make their chips from 80+ farms across 27 states.
     The first bag we opened and my favorite was the Sun Chips Garden Salsa.  I love most all flavors of Sun Chips and this flavor is amongst the top of my list for sure.  Not only are they full of flavor, but they have 18g of Whole Grain.  These chips are also soy free, MSG free, and has 0g trans fats!!  Like I said I love these chips and they didn't last a couple days in our home.

     The second bag of chips we tried were John's favorite, Lays Classic Potato chips.  Believe it or not there are some healthy things about these chips too.  They have 0g Trans Fat, gluten free, additive free, Lactose free, MSG free, soy free, and onion free.  John loves these chips.  They are just classic and yummy salty.  These also lasted only a couple days.

     The third and final bag was Tostitos Restaurant Style with a Hint of Lime Tortilla chips.  These chips have 0g Trans Fat, No Gluten Ingredients, MSG free, Onion free, and Kosher Triangle K.  We love tortilla chips so these were welcome in our home.  We all enjoyed them too.  John liked them the least because he was not a fan of the lime.  I didn't mind it, gave a new flavor.

     FritoLay produces many brands and flavors of chips.  We love many of their brands and continue to buy them.  I was surprised to learn that most of FritoLay chips contain less salt, about the same as a slice of white bread per serving.  And they have a lightly salted line of chips also with 50 % less than the regular.

  1. I love FritoLay- they're my absolute favorite chip brand. Sunchips especially rock- I've ALWAYS loved them the best but especially now that I know they use natural oils, they're definitely my favorite.
