     You may recall that I have featured Tommee Tippee before, but I really do love this brand.  Jayden still uses his sippy cups and I am sure we will be using the bottles with baby boy.  I am excited to share some of the great products they have to help breastfeeding moms too.  As many of you know I am a full time working mom so breastfeeding includes pumping milk when I'm away.  Tommee Tippee has an array of great products to support all moms, bottle and breastfeeding.  I was sent the Closer to Nature 3pack 9oz feeding bottles, Milk Storage Pots, and Adaptor.

     The Closer to Nature 3 pack of 9oz Feeding bottles feature a nipple that mimics the feel, flex, and movement of breastfeeding.  This allows for an easy transition between breastfeeding and bottle feeding.  They have a wide neck nipple to allow for easier latch on.  They have an advanced easi-vent valve to help reduce gas and colic.  The bottles and nipples are BPA and Phthalate free.  The bottles also come with a cap for extra hygiene protection.  The bottles are easy to grasp and hold.  There are mls and ounces labeled on the side of the bottle so you can keep track of how much baby eats.  I am very excited to use these bottles with baby boy.  I am happy that it seems I will not be switching between bottles and these will be the ones for good with baby boy.

     The Closer to Nature Breastmilk Storage Pods and Tray is perfect for storing breastmilk.  The pots can easily go in the refrigerator or the freezer.  And the tray makes it nice to keep them all together.  Each have a lid that closes tightly to limit spills.  No one wants to have spilt breastmilk.  Something that is really unique about these are that they can be dropped inside a Tommee Tippee bottle and you can pump right into them to make pumping and storing easier.  And along with that you can drop the storage pots inside a bottle, add a nipple and baby can drink right from there.  Again that eliminates any wasted breastmilk.  Most moms agree that any amount of breastmilk saved is awesome.  Even the slightest of waste adds up and when a mom has supply issues this can be devastating.  I absolutely love this feature.  I remember spilling milk with Jayden and times when last drops were disposed of and it made my heart sink each time.  I admit I did cry over spilt milk many times.  I am hoping these pods will be just what I need to help prevent loss of precious milk.

     The Closer to Nature Adaptor is perfect for a pumping mom.  I was sent one to try out and I am in love, even before using it.  The adaptor fits on any standard neck breast pump to help ease the pumping into the Tommee Tippee bottles.  Now you can use any pump you wish and still pump into the Tommee Tippee bottles.  I currently have a pump that I use, but I don't like the bottles that come with the pump.  That means typically I would pump into the bottles that come with the pump and then pour the milk into a different storage pod or bottles.  It is easy to use, just attach to the pump flange and then to the bottle.  I tried it on my current pump and it fits perfect.  I must admit I ran out today and bought a second one so I had two for my double pump.  I just had to have it.  I am loving the idea of pumping into the bottle I feed from.
