Spring Fever Sponsor Spotlight Milkin' Cookies

One thing that just about every nursing mom worries about is their supply.  Every mom is different and their ability to produce milk is also different.  I know with Jayden I was exclusively pumping and I had an over supply of milk.  I had so much milk I was donating it.  This time around with Evan I don't have as much for sure.  I find my self worrying and working to keep my supply up this time around.  When I am with Evan and nursing I feel like there is enough for him.  It is when I am pumping for him that I am not getting as much.  Evan usually drinks 12 oz at the sitters house every day.  That means I need to pump at least 12 oz a day.  I pump 3 times at work and don't always make what I need.  I am having to pump again at home before bed.  I really needed something to help me boost my supply.  I had heard about lactation cookies and was excited when Milkin' Cookies agreed to sponsor this review.

Milkin' Cookies are a great source of while grains that can boost milk production.  Milkin' cookies contains many galactagogues.  Galactagogues are substances that can increase breast milk production.  Milkin' Cookies were developed by two physician moms.  Lennox and Cheri were both faced with a low supply.  They tried supplements, but were tired of the side effects.  They decided to try something else.  They worked for months to perfect a recipe that would included galactagogues into a tasty cookie that would increase milk supply.  Milkin' Cookies are made with no preservatives, herbs, or supplements.  They are all natural and packed full of galactagogues.  With just one cookie a day Milkin' Cookies can increase your milk supply.

I received a two week supply of cookies with a mix of oatmeal chocolate chip and cranberry almond oatmeal.  When I opened the box I found that each cookie is individually wrapped.  This makes it easy to take your cookie on the go and keeps them the freshest.  Milkin' Cookies are baked in small batches and shipped within 24-48 hours.  There are no preservatives in the cookies so it is recommended to freeze them if they are not going to be eaten within 2 weeks.

The day I received the cookies I was excited to try them.  They are very tasty.  I was surprised at how moist they were.  They are dense with ingredients.  I have been eating 1 every morning for the past couple of days.  I can't say for sure if my milk supply has increased much yet, but I am hopeful.  Since it has only been a couple of days I am hoping in the next couple of days I will be able to see an increase.

    1. We do offer a subscription! We found that many of our moms were ordering boxes every 3-4 weeks, so we set up a subscription service so they wouldn't have to make time to order cookies. Now the cookies just arrive at their doorstep and they can spend their time on something else.
