A Magical Night at Disney On Ice Treasure Trove at US Airways Center

I was provided tickets to the show in exchange for this post.
Thursday night we were fortunate to be able to attend the Disney On Ice Treasure Trove performance at US Airways Center.  You might have seen a couple of pictures I posted on Facebook while at the show.  Jayden was excited as usual.  He loves these shows as I do.  I think my favorite thing about the Disney On Ice show is Jayden's excitement and how magically he is so happy.  Unfortunately John was not able to attend with us, so my friend joined me with her son Aidan (Jayden's best friend).  Aidan had never seen a Disney On Ice performance before.  He was so excited through the whole performance.

It started with a warm up with the Incredibles.  Then Mickey Mouse, Minnie, Goofy, and Donald all came out to talk about the stories coming up with Treasure in them.

The first story was Alice in Wonderland.  Jayden loved when the cards lined up and did what he called "the sweeper bar" (lol! Yes he loves Wipeout!).

Next came Peter Pan and Captain Hook.  Jayden was excited to see Captain Hook and see Peter Pan fly.

My boys were so sweet holding hands during the performance.  Next came Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and Lion King.

The last stories included Aladdin, The Little Mermaid, Rapunzel (Tangled), and Princess Tiana (ThePrincess and the Frog).  At the end Mickey and Minnie came out and all the princesses and princes danced.  We loved the show as usual.  Of course I always realize when watching these shows that Jayden really doesn't know many of the classic Disney stories that are in the show.  He has seen a few, but that is all.  I often have to tell him who the characters are, either way he loves it.  I guess I will just have to get the movies so he can get to know them all and love them in movie as much as he loves them on ice.

Disney On Ice is still in town for the rest of this weekend.  That means shows are still going on today and tomorrow.

  1. We went to Disney on Ice a few years ago, in the "cheap seats" but the kids didn't know any better!
