Setting Up Jayden's Pirate Birthday Party At Pump It Up Arrowhead

I was provide the below mentioned product in exchange for my honest review.

Jayden's birthday was a couple weeks back.  We spent his birthday as a family doing fun stuff he wanted to do.  We then had his birthday party with his friends and some family the Friday after his birthday.  We went to Pump It Up Arrowhead.  Jayden was very excited for his party and could not wait.  I must admit I was pretty excited too.  We had never been to Pump It Up, but had seen pictures online.

It started with a phone call to set it all up.  On the phone I had a conversation with Juan the manager.  He gave me the overview of what their parties entail.  We then discussed dates and times. Each party lasts 2 hours, but you have the option to add party room time for a fee.  After deciding when we will have the party Juan share a little about their special themes.  They have 3 different party themes, Go glo (glow in the dark), SuperHero Training Camp, or Pirate Quest.  Each of the themes include fun games and a special gift for the birthday child and their guests.  After deciding on a theme you can choose to add food.  They have the option for pizza, subs, soda, and more.  You can bring in your own cake, ice cream, and water bottles.  And last you can decide if you want to add any essentials like party bags, balloons, etc.  After you make all those decisions then your done.
I let Jayden decide on the theme he wanted, although I knew which he would pick.  He was very excited to go on a treasure hunt in a pirate party.  After talking with Juan and setting up all I needed I received an email confirmation with everything I needed.  I received a link to an online invitation service.  I could have all my invites emailed out.  And then people can RSVP online.  Guests could also sign their waiver online so they do not have to worry the day of the party.  I also received invitations in the mail in case I wanted to hand them out.  The invitations also had the waiver that could be signed and turned in.

Then the day before the party I received a call to confirm my party and follow up with any food or accessories I might want to add to the party.  They answered any questions I had and reminded me to please be there 15 minutes before the start of the party.  Everything was set and all we needed to do is show up.

Thank you to Pump It Up for sponsoring this review

  9. Aww that looks like so much fun. I've always felt kids birthdays are like magical they are so special and I always wanted our 5 to feel that way on their birthdays too, so the whole time they were growing up I did whatever big theme birthday they wanted, even some made up unique ones. Our 5 are all young adults on their own now, but we have so many photos and happy priceless memories of all those wonderful celebrations of them. I'm so glad I did that for each of them every year.
