Maxi-Cosi Mico AP Infant Seat Coming Soon!

So you may have figured out that I really like baby gear.  I love trying out some of the latest and greatest for babies.  I recently found out that Maxi-Cosi is coming out with the Mico AP infant car seat.  I so wish Evan was smaller so I could try this out.  Although we never used an infant seat with Evan, I would have if I had one of these.

The Mico AP infant car seat is the lightest infant car seat in its class* coming in at 8.6 pounds. It also features an ergonomic handle for extra comfort while carrying. Transferring from the stay-in-car base to a Maxi-Cosi or Quinny stroller is a breeze, making the Mico AP a great solution for parents looking for a complete travel system they can use from birth.  Rear-facing: 5-22lbs.

What’s different about the MicoAP?

  • Revised base release handle located on shell
  • Superior Side Impact Performance: Featuring Air Protect® technology
  • Upgraded soft goods
  • Flip-out canopy visor for extra UV protection
Doesn't it sound great?  I love the canopy visor and the Air Protect technology.  But unfortunately for us Evan is already at the weight limit, but I'm sure some of you have or will have babies that could use this.

  4. I would have liked a seat like this. I had a c-section and wasn't supposed to lift much so I stayed home a lot. It's nice to see carrier's being made lighter.
