Joovy Moon Room A Place to Sleep & Play

I was provide the below mentioned products in exchange for my honest review.

 Charcoal Moon Room
I love being a Joovy Mom.  Joovy has so many great products and every time I get something new I am just amazed at the quality.  I recently received the Joovy Moon Room to review.  The moon room is basically a playard and more.  It has about 10 square feet of playing area within it!  That is a lot of room for baby or toddler to comfortably play or sleep.  Its unique shape and size gives baby more room while taking up less floor space.  It comes all bundled in an easy to store and carry bag.

Set up was super easy.  I set up the Joovy Moon Room in the backyard so Evan would have a safe place to play while I hung up the clean diapers and Jayden played outside. I pulled the moon room out and began to assemble it easily.  The sides pop out easily and the floor is pushed down.  If you have any questions about how to set up or take down there are instructions printed on the bottom of the pad or the instruction manual is tucked in a pocket on the pad.  I love that this is so easy to find and stores with the moon room.  Often instruction manuals are maybe used the first time, but then put away and when they are needed again no one can find them.  This way its right there and never lost.

Like with all Joovy products the moon room is sturdy and well built.  Parents can rest assured that it is safe and secure with their precious little ones playing or sleeping inside.  It has super strong mesh and 600D Nylon fabric.  It comes with 100% Cotton fitted sheet.  Evan was not to sure about it at first.  He is not used to being kept in a small place.  But he really liked looking over the sides and watching brother.  When Jayden saw it he asked if he could get in.  He wanted to play with brother.  I was a little hesitant at first since Jayden is 5.  I didn't know if there would be enough room or if he would break it.  I finally gave in and tole him he hand to be careful and not move around a bunch.  Turns out there was plenty of room.  Jayden thought it was fun to be inside the Moon Room and Evan was excited to have his brother right there to play with.

The Joovy Moon Room also folds up for storage and travel.  It comes with its own carry bag also.  It is not the lightest at just over 27 lbs.  It is great for indoors and out. Although it comes with its own sheet additional sheets can be purchased.  You really have to use the Joovy sheet as sheets you find at the stores just don't fit on this.  Taking it down I had a little trouble at first.  I had to pull out the mat and read the instructions.  I finally realized what I was doing wrong.  The taps on the side need to be pushed in to release the sides down.  I was trying to lift the tab.  Anyway, once I figured out what I needed to do then I was able to take it down very quickly and store it back in its bag.  I really like having this available for Evan to play.

  8. I totally could have used this when my kiddos were little! My sister-in-law could probably use this with her little one. I'll have to share this with her!
