Educational Insights Design & Drill Socket to Me Review & Giveaway

I was provided the below mentioned products in order to provide a review
Little boys need tools to work on things.  Jayden loves to play with tools and to "fix" things.  He has had the Educational Insights Design & Drill set for a while now and loves it.  Recently we were sent the Design & Drill Socket to Me set.  Jayden was immediately excited to get started designing his items.

The Design & Drill Socket to Me is a fun kit that comes with 4 projects, 30 rugged bolts, and a working socket wrench.  The projects include a boat, robot, race car, and a rocket ship.  The bolts are colorful and fun to use.  The socket wrench is fun with real wrench sounds as your using it.  It can be used forward and reverse with the flip of a switch like a real wrench.  It requires no batteries which is always great.  The bolts can be used in any combination of colors to put on the projects.  This item helps to work on fine motor skills and encourages creativity.

Jayden was right away attracted to this item.  He got started right away putting the bolts in each project.  He started with a race car and moved on to complete them all.  He was disappointed when he got to the end of the bolts an his last project had room for 3 or 4 more bolts.  The set comes with 30 bolts, but there are more holes added together from all the projects.  That is when he pulled out his Design & Drill Power Toll Workshop.  He was happy that he could use the bolts from his workshop set and they interchanged easily.

The Design & Drill Socket to Me set is fun and entertaining.  I really like that the set interchanges easily with the other Design & Drill sets.  I do wish it came with enough bolts to fit all the holes in the projects.  We were lucky we already had the other set, but if this was your only set then all the projects could not be complete at the same time.  Educational Insights has so many fun and educational products.
