Moms' Night Out on Blu-Ray Review and Giveaway

I was provided the below mentioned products in order to provide a review.

I heard so much about this movie that I just knew I had to see it.  Moms Night Out is rated PG.  This movie is starring Sarah Drew, Sean Astin, Patricia Heaton, and Trace Atkins.

In Moms' Night Out Allyson, a stay at home mom and blogger is stressed out.  She is going a little stir crazy with her children.  More then anything she needs a fun night out with her girlfriends.  So the plan is for Allyson and her friends to have a nice peaceful, grown-up evening of dinner and conversation for this long needed moms' night out.  So the plan is for the husbands to watch the kids while the moms are out for a few hours.  What could go wrong with that??  PLENTY!

It begins when the ladies show up at the restaurant and they don't have the reservation.  Needless to say stressed out mommy Allyson goes a little crazy with that news.  The mom's are determined to make good of the night and unplug from worrying about the kids.  The night just continues to go downhill for the mom's and the dad's are not faring much better with the kids.  This movie is hilarious with lots of craziness mixed in.  Just about anything that could go wrong does.  Before you know it they are looking for a baby with a biker named Bones.  I think my favorite part is when Allyson is sitting at the police station pouring out her heart about how she is not good enough as a mom to Bones the big biker guy.  He so gently tells her a little about his mama and proceeds to tell her that god made her the mama to her kids for a reason.  It is a beautiful scene and even throws in a little funniness with reference to pinterest.  I have attached it below so you can see.  Yes it is a bit mushy, but really the movie is funny in other parts.  In the end lots is resolved and Allyson no longer feels unworthy of being a mom.  She knows that she is not perfect, but she makes do with what she has.

The movie is a fun movie that all moms and dads need to see.  It is clean fun.  There is no sex, nudity, or heavy cuss words in the movie.  The cast is great.  I love Trace Atkins as the biker Bones.

  13. I have a one and two year old... I could just go for eight hours of continuous sleep... continuous being the key word : ) BUT- since we are talking about a night out- A long dinner, with dessert, and a movie with my husband. We get date nights about once a year.
