Super Bowl Media Day: Watch several thousand reporters and other media types interview NFL players and coaches for a couple of hours. 7,000 fans have the chance to buy tickets to the Super Bowl Media Day. Along with reporters, photographers, and videographers from mainstream newspapers, TV stations and digital sites doing their work there will be some "celebrity" media types too.

Boondocks's Patio and Grill: Animals will be in a fashion show led by current and former NFL, MLB and NBA players as well as Olympians, PGA and LPGA Players along with local and national media personalities. There will also be a performance by Country-pop duo Heartlyn Rae. All to benefit the Halo Animal Rescue of Phoenix.

Verizon Super Bowl Central: Super Bowl street fair that spans 12 blocks of downtown Phoenix near the Convention Center. This is a family friendly festival that offers free football-themed activities, live music, autographs from NFL alumni and nightly fireworks displays. The main attraction is the Grand Canyon Experience, a gigantic 30 by 100 foot climbing wall with 20 climbing positions and an 18 foot waterfall flowing down the middle.
Autograph Signing at Patriots Park at CityScape Phoenix: A range of former NFL Players will be signing autographs for fans as part of the Verizon Super Bowl Central. Free photos and autographs. (1/28-2/1)

FanFest at Rawhide: This festival features a carnival, beer and wine festival on Saturday, live music, food trucks, challenge the pros, and appearances from NFL current and former players.
When: Thursday, January 29- Saturday, January 31, 2015
Where: Rawhide Western Town, 5700 North Loop Road, Chandler
Cost: $20 general admission, $15 for carnival and attractions, $40 for beer and wine festival
Challenge the Pros: Team up with current and former NFL players in this unique game for charity. Celebrity coaches will run participants through a flag football tournament and All Star Skills Challenge and the top competitors will then play in a flag football game against the NFL players. Coaches include Calais Campbell, Donovan McNabb, Patrick Peterson, Terrell Owens and more.

Glendale Chocolate Affair: Glendale will host their 20th Annual event during Super Bowl Weekend. This will be a chocolate lover's paradise, with special activities geared toward sports fans as well. There will be a Super Street area and Team Zones for all the Super Bowl fans.
